MovEX is a way to bring us together to move.
MovEX is a weekly workshop offering a multimodal, holistic approach to movement, body awareness and community engagement.
Through a variety of exercises, we will move in space and time together, and express our selves through the language of movement.

MovEX welcomes dancers and movers and bodies of all levels and abilities.
