[GPP Workshop: Experiential Anatomy for Performers]

GIC Hall, 1F, Gwangju International Center
This 2 hour workshop is aimed at deepening your embodied experience to enhance expressive potential, maintain a safe and healthy body, and expanding movement vocabulary. Through basic movement, imagery-based and somatic techniques, you will develop sensitivity and awareness of various body structures and their relationship to space, gravity and emotion. Please wear loose clothes and dress in layers for your comfort. Everyone should also bring pen and paper.
The workshop is open to everyone, but we request a donation of 2,000-3,000 won for the space rental.
